Two limits.
One account.

Your account determines the reports and audit allowance you can use. Your connection separately limits what an assistant may request. Both must allow an action.

Account allowance

Eligible included audits are used first. Separately held one-off credits remain distinct. A reservation is a temporary hold, not evidence that a failed report was charged.

Connection limits

Scopes, approved domains, page limits, operation limits and expiry restrict the assistant. Another connection does not create another allowance pool.

Optional AI

Reading existing findings is separate from new Ask Cozmo or Enhanced AI execution. New inference needs a supported scope, a positive budget, current access, operator permission and exact-action owner approval.

When a saved request cannot proceed

Keep its operation ID. Check the reason returned by the account or saved-action view. After an independent account-access change, return to your assistant and recheck the same action. Its original scope and permissions still apply.

Free allowance: the current catalogue includes 1 audit per monthly allowance window, up to 50 pages and 1 active website. The account response gives the exact reset date.

Report access remains private

Being on a billing team does not automatically grant access to another person’s audit. A report can also be unavailable because it belongs to another account, uses an unapproved domain, is not delivered yet or no longer has retained evidence.
