Stripe hosts card collection and the customer portal. ScanMySEO stores the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers needed to reconcile access, orders, invoices and account ownership.

What you control

From Billing you can open Stripe to update payment details and customer information, download invoices, switch among the configured products, cancel at period end, and provide a cancellation reason.

How access is decided

Paid access follows the local subscription lifecycle synchronised from signed Stripe webhooks. A plan row alone is not treated as proof of an active subscription.
